Returns

Conditions to return one or more items from an order

  • Returns must be sent within 14 days after you received the products.
  • The return must be made from the same country to which it was shipped to.
  • Please note that we do not exchange items. If you wish, you can process a return and place a new order with the desired size.
  • The item must be in its original condition: From the latest news to the most limited editions, all in the same app JuzsportsShops 2.0.
    • Footwear: be sure to try on the footwear with clean socks. To avoid damaging the sole of new footwear, be sure to try them on a protected surface.
  • The item must be returned with both tags and packaging in their original condition.
    • Footwear: the original box must be in perfect condition.
    • Clothing: protect clothes with their original packaging or a bag. Do not forget to include the labels of the products.
  • Socks, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

Step 1
Print the returns form

If you are returning from the EU, download the return form here, print it, fill it out and put it inside the box.

If you are returning products from outside the EU, download the international return form here, Madrid, Calle Churruca 5.

If you can't print the form, please include a sheet of paper with the information requested on the form.

Step 2
Ship your return with a protective box

You should use a suitable secure box according to the size and volume of the products. The same original JuzsportsShops box will do.

Step 3
Choose whether you prefer to send us the product or to drop off your return free of charge at our physical stores.

Use the courier service of your choice and send your products to: From the latest news to the most limited editions, all in the same app JuzsportsShops 2.0

Important: Returns cannot be made in person at our logistics center. If you go to the delivery address the return will not be accepted. If you usually drop off your returns at one of our JuzsportsShops stores, and they are temporarily closed, please contact our Support team.

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Please note that you must use a shipping service that covers customs and import charges at destination.

3.2 Return your order free of charge in our physical stores, just provide us your order number.

  • Step 4
    Receive your refund

    Once the quality of the returned products has been verified and approved, JuzsportsShops will issue a credit to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund may take up to a maximum of 5 working days to be effective in your account, this depends exclusively on your bank.
