  • What is Packer's Return Policy?
    Packer accepts any full-priced, non - “Release Product” items for exchange within 14 days of receipt. No refunds. Items returned must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. Packer will not accept any returns by post without prior written communication. All sale items, discounted merchandise and items marked as “Release Product” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
    Customers can expect their orders to arrive within 3-5 days for domestic addresses and 1 week for international, military, and PO box addresses.

    You can only ship to an address that differs from your billing if you select PayPal as your method of payment at checkout. All other forms of payment require us to ship to your billing address.
  • What happens if my package is returned to Packer?
    In the event that your package is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price of your order minus initial and return shipping costs.
  • What types of payment does Packer accept?
    Packer currently accepts: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, China UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club.
  • Shipping Policy
    If a shipment is returned to us, customers will be responsible for the original shipping and returned shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
