It is not possible to exchange a product. Any change of size or model you want to make requires a return and the creation of a new order. We will always process the return of the products that you do not want to keep and we will refund the amount thereof through the same payment method that you used in your purchase. On the other hand, if you have the option of making your return to our stores in Madrid or Barcelona, our colleagues can process the return and the new order at the moment. If they have stock of the desired product in the store, you can take it the same day. Otherwise, your change will directly be sent to the indicated address.
