If you have been the winner of an in-store raffle and have made the payment of your order within the established period, you must pick up your order within a maximum of 3 working days from the moment the payment was made.
Remember that you will have to go pick up the product in the JuzsportsShops store corresponding to your participation. If you do not pick up the order within the deadline, we will proceed to cancel and refund it.
