We have several warehouses in the cities of Madrid and Barcelona, from where your items can be dispatched. When placing an order with multiple products, they could be dispatched from different locations. In this case, more than one shipping is generated and you will receive two different parcels.
If you have received a first package and see that your order is not complete, a second package is most likely about to arrive. We recommend that you check the status of your order.
