Return period:
Yes, we have extended the return period according to the destination of each purchase:
- National destinations: Orders placed between March 14 and June 21 can be shipped or returned to a store until July 11. From June 22nd, the return period will be of 14 calendar days once again.
- International destinations: We have extended the return period to 30 days Bags & Tote Bags.
JuzsportsShops store return:
Deals for Men stores Boris Bidjan Saberi temporarily closed, it is not possible to process a return there. However, if you usually process your return in our store in Barcelona or Madrid, you can contact us indicating the order number and "Refund JuzsportsShops Madrid" or "Refund JuzsportsShops Barcelona" in the subject of your message.
We regret not being able to offer the usual services for security reasons. We will notify our reopening, scheduled for July 7, through the usual communication channels.
When will I get my refund?
