• Maintain merchandise availability by managing inventories
• Formulate pricing policies and monitor market trends
• Implement security systems and measures to safeguard merchandise
• Provide a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers

• Review financial statements and sales records to determine marketing strategy changes
• Enforce operational and personnel policies and procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably with high-end or luxury products

• Work Location: Richmond, B.C
• Education: Secondary School required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Recruit, select, orient, and train store staff0

Measures of Success

• Meeting financial objectives
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including holidays, Monday to Friday, and weekends
• Improved store reviews on social media platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.)
• Implementation of process improvements
• Positive feedback from internal and external clients

Are you a creative person with a passion for sneakers and fashion? 

We are currently seeking a graphic designer to join the JuzsportsShops marketing team. For this position, you will be creating original graphics for our website, social media, videos, prints and more. You will be working alongside our team with creative direction and will be required to compose and execute your own original ideas as well.

At JuzsportsShops, we strive to create branding using strong and distinct visuals to drive engagement and attention on all of our platforms.

• Have a deep understanding in sneaker and fashion culture
• Able to work in a team environment
• Understanding of specifications in design output used in different applications
