Return Process is Terrible
Honestly, I ordered these shoes twice because the first order was the wrong size. So they made the return process to ship the shoes back which went fine. The exchange for a bigger size and $30 for processing was the problem. I paid that $30 to get the shoes and for some reason I never received the shoes and it’s been going on for two months. Every time I look at the tracking number it says it’s stuck in Jamaica New York and they haven’t received the shoes yet, so where are my shoes?
Talk to Customer Service they said after the lunar new year they will be able to return the shoes or refund just waiting…it’s 2/11/24 today… hopefully I’ll get the shoes or my money?
