You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, or make a purchase in one of our physical stores, to send a return or report a problem with your order.
Once the products have been sent for return, h 15h / 16h 20h, don't worry. The determining date is the date of dispatch of the package to our facilities.
After the 14-day period, it is not possible to return any products, as specified on our Returns Bis zu 75% Rabatt Purchase Conditions.
