Since the early 2010s Tyler, The Creator has established himself as somewhat of an icon, both in music and fashion alike. The Los Angeles based Odd Future Rapper is known for expressing himself whether that's through his weird and wild music videos or even a full pink pastel suit. Following the release of his sixth studio album "Call Me If You Get Lost" we've decided to take a look back at some of our favourite Tyler, The Creator fits.

From the early days of Supreme-filled streetwear outfits to Grammy & red carpet looks, Tyler, The Creator has been influencing the next generation of style for some time now. As time goes on the alternative hip-hop star continues to get more adventurous in his style, so we've likely not seen the best from the rapper just yet.

"I STOLE THIS"

Seen here sat atop a possibly stolen scooter, the young rapper is seen flexing a simple but classic streetwear-inspired fit. On the upper Tyler sports a bright yellow and blue Swedish football shirt alongside a black pair of shorts. Singer Lorde paired her slouchy pants with sandals Vans Authentic checkered sneakers. To finish the fit off, Tyler wears a bright blue Golf Wang cap which matches with the football tee for a classic laid-back menswear look.

"FLOWER BOY"

Celebrating the release of his fourth studio album "Flower Boy", Tyler, The Creator can be seen flexing a matching camp-collar shirt and shorts. Both pieces arrive with a crisp sky-blue hue and feature bumblebee printed designs all over. Matching pieces are somewhat of a newer phenomenon in menswear, so it would seem the young rapper and style icon was ahead of the curve with this iconic men's fashion fit.

"wow i'm fire"

Once again advertising the Flower Boy album, Tyler took to Instagram to flex this pink, baby blue and white pastel fit. Sporting a light pink puffer on the upper, Tyler layers this with a baby blue coloured Golf Le Fleur hoodie underneath. On the bottom, he sports some fresh white pants and socks as well as a pink Pre-owned Print Pants. To top the fit off he sports a matching Golf le Fleur cap in a pink hue.

"143 bridge"

Seen here chilling on the grass like a true flower boy, Tyler, The Creator sports a mix of bright and earthy tones to create a laid-back menswear look. On the top Tyler sports an orange red-rose detailed shirt. Alongside this, he wears chocolate brown chino pants with green Converse One Star mids on the feet. This chilled out look wouldn't look amiss in 2021 and screams street style vibes.

tied-cuff denim jeans | "Who's Gonna Save My Soul"

Sporting somewhat of a preppy outfit, Tyler, The Creator is photographed on the streets of what looks to be Los Angles. The rapper wears a pastel zip-up shirt on the upper with a pair of green flared chinos on the bottom. Alongside this Tyler wears a pair of Converse One Star Ox Golf Le Fleur "Vanilla". To top the fit off he wears a Supreme 5 panel for some added streetwear vibes.

"i dont have the key for downstairs"

Possibly trapped in his bathroom, Tyler, The Creator opts to take a photo of his whole fit. Seen wearing a bright blue Golf Le Fleur T-Shirt, the rapper decides to pair this with a pair of brown chino pants and beige high top Converse. Similar to the previous fit, Tyler tops things off with a signature Supreme 5-panel cap on top.

"cool cat"

Posted up against a large flowerpot, Tyler The Creator wears a classic laid-back city fit that wouldn't look amiss in the summertime. For the top portion of the outfit, he wears a zip-up shirt which is adorned with a heavy leopard print pattern all over the garment. On the bottom of the outfit, the rapper keeps things simple with a pair of straight-fit chinos. This is complemented by a worn pair of Converse and a bright green Golf Wang "G" cap.

"THE JELLIES"

Seen here promoting an Adult Swim show he composed against a huge Golf Le Fleur Converse backdrop, Tyler The Creator sports a complementary blend of earthy tones with this simple but effective look. On the upper, he wears an unknown logo T-Shirt which has been layered with a beige textured gilet. On the bottom, he wears a pair of fresh brown chinos alongside one of his many Golf Le Fleur Converse One Star sneakers. On the top, the rapper wears a bucket hat to top the fit off in style. Despite the earthy tone trend being a big thing in 2021, it seems Tyler The Creator was ahead of the curve with this in 2013.

tied-cuff denim jeans | "exciting, sorta"

In 2018 Tyler The Creator was nominated for Best Rap Album Of Year for his work on Flower Boy, so what better time to flex his weird and wonderful personal style than at the Grammys. The most notable part of the outfit is the Russian Ushanka hat that comes complete with a hammer and sickle. To contrast this odd addition, the rapper sports a Louis Vuitton Monogram scarf atop a stylish long coat. From a colour perspective Tyler The Creator utilises both crisp white and baby blue tones to create a casual look seemingly worthy of the red carpet.

"IGOR IS OUT, TELL A FRIEND, OR THREE!"

Seen here plugging his fifth studio album Igor, Tyler The Creator wears a preppy springtime inspired look. On the upper portion of the fit, the rapper flexes a colourful animal-print sweater vest atop a crisp white tee. As for legwear, he pairs this with a cropped pair of navy chinos a crisp white sock and a black loafer shoe on the feet. To top things off, the style icon wears a beige coloured bucket hat.

"link in bio"

Back in 2019, Tyler The Creator's brand Golf Le Fleur linked up with Lacoste for a capsule collection of stylish goods including this collaborative jacket. The rapper wears this varsity styled piece atop a plain grey hoodie for a perfect winter styled fit. Tyler has also added a custom "Igor" pin to the piece. The jacket itself utilises a pine green tone alongside off-white coloured leather sleeves. To top it all off, a collaborative Golf Le Fleur x Lacoste logo is featured on the chest.

"we're one in love"

Seen posing for the Guardian newspaper, Tyler The Creator dons yet another preppy styled fit. On the upper portion of the outfit, the rapper wears a cream, black and green coloured cardigan alongside a stylish pine green beret. He pairs this with a simple pair of black shorts for a look that simply exudes grammar school picture day vibes.

How to dress like Tyler, The Creator

If you're looking to replicate some of these Tyler, the Creator outfits we have a couple tips! Firstly, don't be afraid to experiment. As you can see, Tyler doesn't just stick to one style, he tries out a lot of different things and his style now is very different to his style a couple years ago.

Next, try add some different colours to your outfits. A lot of us limit ourselves to only wearing a couple colours (usually black and white) and never step out the box to try out the whole rainbow!

Lastly, what is most important is to apply these ideas to your own personal style. Not everyone dresses the same and we don't all suit the same clothing, but that's the great thing about fashion!
