Perhaps the most defining shoe of 2012 and 2013, Nike’s infamous runner marked many people’s first foray into the sneaker scene, before it became played out all too quickly. Now renamed the Roshe One, the sock-type sneaker is the subject of many a comeback rumour. However, the shoe continued to be produced as part of Nike’s Golf line - a testament to the shoe’s pioneering spirit. The mainline version however sees no real update for 2023 (it retains its mesh upper, foam sole and rope laces) which hopefully means its price point will be pretty similar too, offering up another budget-friendly option during the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.
Right now, there’s no timeline for the Roshe Run’s renaissance, but early rumours womens that the sneaker could be geared for an autumn release. Until then, stay tuned for more mens, and let us know if you’ll be rushing to pick up a pair when they hit the shelves later this year.
