2019 also saw Nike Joyride technology extend into the fashion scene for the first time also, with Nike joining forces with Matthew Williams (of 1017 ALYX 9SM fame), for the MMW x Nike Joyride CC3 Setter collaboration. The duo teamed up to create two colorways of the ultra-clean runner and marketed it to the lifestyle consumer, showcasing Matthew’s signature toned-down colour palette.
